iManage now delivers the online tools to measure a fleet’s carbon footprint and volume rebates across Europe.

Launched in 2007, iManage is GE Capital Solutions online tool designed to allow Fleet Managers to optimise the management of car fleets.

Providing access to real-time data, iManage generates consolidated European Fleet reports to check inventory, review and understand costs, forecast replacements and improve cost of usage.

iManage Generation II now gives Fleet Managers the ability to do even more with the inclusion of up to three years of vehicle history, over nine timescale units, plus, access to even more data levels to link information across the entire fleet. They can also track the flow of their fleet, and most importantly, manage their fleet’s environmental performance.

Fleet Managers now have access to high-powered analytical tools that can generate over 270 fleet reports, over 2000 views and two entirely new domains of information.

Highlights of iManage Generation II include:

• Fleet life-cycle: Track volume rebates to manage fleet transitions by analysing the number of vehicles Ordered, Handed Over or Terminated
• Clear Solutions*: Measure the environmental performance of fleets by analysing the CO2 footprint, in total and in average, over the past three years.
• Combine information from 11 countries in eight languages, to access consolidated management reports country-by-country or across Europe.

Already awarded the L’Automobile & L ‘Entreprise “Service of the Year to companies” and “Digital Initiative of the Year” prize at the 2007 Annual Fleet Industry for 2007, iManage Generation II continues to deliver innovative solutions to the Fleet Industry.
